The fully air-conditioned, comfortable apartment measures 80 m² and includes an entryway, a living room with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet, a laundry room, bed linens, household linens, and towels, as well as a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner in the evening.

Overnight: 200 € (Rental for 7 consecutive nights)
Week: from 1,400 €.
The cleaning service will be charged in addition to the room rate: €50 for the entire stay.
