Accommodation: For your vacations, we offer this 65 m2 air-conditioned apartment for rent, just a few steps from Les Lecques beach. Quietly located, the apartment is bright and well appointed. It comprises an entrance hall opening onto a large living room, a separate kitchen opening onto an L-shaped terrace. Enjoy the sun and warmth of the south, and long meals with family or friends in complete peace and quiet. On the night side, there's a 13 m2 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a chest of drawers, and a second 12 m2 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a storage cupboard. The property has a shower room with single vanity unit. Separate WC. Parking : Free parking spaces are available in the residence. Facilities : Washing machine; dishwasher; air-conditioning; wifi internet; electric griddle; television; two 140cm double beds; senseo coffee machine and one filter machine; microwave; kettle; toaster; vacuum cleaner; sufficient crockery and cooking utensils for the sleeping capacity indicated. Environment : Les Lecques beach is a large family beach with fine sand. Walk along the boardwalk to discover its sublime 2 km stretch of sand and its picture-postcard views. Restaurants and shops are also available. The bathing establishments on Les Lecques beach are open from April to October. Water sports available in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddling, windsurfing, jet skiing. Bed linen and towels provided: Optional (€25 for double bed and €15 for towels, one large and one small per person). If required, blankets or comforters are available in the accommodation (ideal in off-season). Cleaning : This is included in your booking and a company will be on hand after your departure. Pets : Not admitted for respect of the neighborhood. Deposit required when keys are handed over: A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception.
