The entrance to the dwelling opens onto a large living space, comprising an open-plan kitchen with dining area (bar table and high chairs), a living room topped by a mezzanine, opening onto the veranda/dining room. A corridor leads to the sleeping area with two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom.
The house is surrounded on the east side (entrance side) by a terrace overlooking the pool, and on the west side (veranda side) by a terrace topped by a pretty terraced garden.
