The fourth generation of millers from Vieux Moulin du Partégal - whose services are recognized by « Destination d’Excellence », and their team offer you a free guided tour of their unique site followed by a tasting of their oils.
During this tour, they will share with you their passion for this craft and the expertise of our forebears,
our olive oil production, the gift shop, the tasting, the traditional mill with its millstone and press, as well as the 8.50-meter bucket wheel and its aqueduct.
