Concert Jean-François Zygel et André Manoukian - Entre Duel et Duo

Organised as part of the 200th anniversary celebrations, a concert between Duel and Duo by the two artists Jean-Francois Zygel and André Manoukian.

Anything goes in the duel between André Manoukian and Jean-François Zygel. The two protagonists are in no way inferior to each other in terms of repartee (pianistic and verbal). But rest assured, the fight is rather harmless and the tone light! Each at his own keyboard, sometimes opponents, sometimes accomplices, the two musicians engage in a wild game of notes. Their forays, fuelled by variations and improvisations, cross Bach, Beethoven, Brel, Bill Evans, Mozart and Duke Ellington. André Manoukian and Jean-François Zygel both have the word, the piano, the humour, the expression, the passion for music and an extraordinary talent for communication. There's no doubt about it: they have fun on stage and will entertain you too.
