The Rotary Club of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer is pleased to invite you to a special evening of lectures and discussions on Thursday, November 5, 2026, in the exceptional setting of the Hôtel Frégate Provence: “From Bacteria to Human Cells,” presented by Pierre Luciano.
For this special event, we are honored to welcome Pierre Luciano, a CNRS researcher affiliated with the Marseille Cancer Research Center (CRCM) and mayor of our town.
He will share his research and expertise with us during an engaging and accessible presentation: “From Bacteria to Human Cells”
Let’s dive together into the infinitely small, where biological boundaries blur, to discover how studying the simplest bacteria actually helps us understand the complexity of human beings.
Free from complex jargon, this lecture for the general public will immerse you in the fascinating workings of modern biology.
