You are invited to a tasting of its wonderful wines from the soil and from a well-reasoned culture: PDO Bandol wines, PDO Côtes de Provence and PGI (Wines of the Country) of Mont Caume in a region full of sun and the easy-going life. WE LOVE Rosé PDO Bandol 2014 (Silver Medal of Concours Général Agricole of 2015) – Intense, full-bodied, fruity and elegant (70% Mourvèdre – 30% Grenache), it accompanies perfectly grilled lamb meat and products from the sea. WINES * Red PDO Bandol 2009 – Cuvee “Les Terrasses de Gaston” Deep purple colour, nose of black fruits and leather aromas, spices and liquorice. Mouth: well coated with tannins very presents but already smooth. Good length. * Red PDO Bandol 2011: Made up of 90% of Mourvèdre and 10% of Grenache, it is as much visually as olfactory and gustative, elegant and characteristic from Bandol. Race, power, elegance are the perfect words to define it, and they make him an ally for lunch with red meat, game and cheeses of character. * White PDO Bandol 2014: Scope, minerality, roundness and aromas of grapefruit, it perfectly illustrates the magnificence of this white Bandol, which is confidential because it is in low quantity. It is proper to the noble sea products, to the beautiful white meats and to the goat cheese of the region.
