Partégal oil mill dates from the 16th century and has been held by the same family for 4 generations. They offer you a guided tour of their unique site. Bilingual staff (French - English).

The fourth generation of the Moulinier family and their team will share with you the passion and expertise of their ancestors—passed down to the current generation—including their olive oil production, the shop, tastings, the traditional mill with its millstone and press, as well as the 8.50-meter bucket wheel and its aqueduct.
