Partégal Oil Mill

The fourth generation of the Mouliniers family at the Moulin du Partégal – whose services have been recognised as a ‘Destination of Excellence’ – and their team invite you to a free guided tour of their unique site, followed by a tasting of their oils.

During this tour, they will share with you their passion for this craft and the expertise of our forebears. You will discover how olive oil is produced using the traditional mill with its millstone and press, as well as the 8.50-metre bucket wheel and its aqueduct. An olive oil tasting will also be offered on site, and you will have access to the shop. Did you know? The earliest documented reference enabling us to date the Partégal mill is a notarial deed dated 24 June 1553.
