Description

Partégal oil mill dates from the 16th century and has been held by the same family for 4 generations. They offer you a guided tour of their unique site. Bilingual staff (French - English).
From April 1st to September 30th, every day at fixed times and without booking (except on Sundays or for groups), the mill invites you to a free guided tour followed by a tasting of our oils (regularly awarded medals) and local products (tapenade, condiments, wines, vinegars, jams and honeys...), in French and in English. In November, various groups and company committees are invited to come and watch our oil being made traditionally. It is possible to see the oil being made with a stone millstone and the first cold pressing. You will also be able to discover the gift boxes that we suggest for the end of year’s celebrations. The 4th generation of millers and their team will share with you the passion and know-how of their elders, which has been passed on to the current generation. The traceability of the olives and olive oils will be detailed. Outside of the guided tour period or day, a film presenting the mill is shown (13 minutes long) followed by a free tasting of our oils and artisanal products.
