The Defens Trail

This challenging loop hike is 2.5 km long and offers some beautiful views.

This short forest trail starts at the parking lot at the top of the Calanque de Port d’Alon, across from the emergency access gate. It climbs up the hill to a high point that, on a clear day, offers a remarkable panoramic view of Cap Sicié, its islands, and its
mountain range.
It runs along the private estate of Port d’Alon and then joins the coastal trail: the junction is just before the entrance to the housing development, on the left behind the fence.
